Where We Ship

We currently ship within Montreal and across Canada.
For international orders, please contact us directly at pshyniiesroom@yahoo.com, we’ll be happy to explore special delivery options for you.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
During new drops, private sales, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We’ll always keep you informed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Montreal area: 2–4 business days

  • Rest of Canada: 3–9 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or weather conditions.

Local Pickup & Hand Delivery (Montreal Only)

If you’re located in Montreal, you may select local pickup or hand delivery (available for select areas and events).
You’ll receive an email once your order is ready to schedule your pickup or delivery time.

Tracking Your Order

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, please reach out as soon as possible.
