Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange only, within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Have tags and packaging intact

  • Free from makeup, fragrance, or wear marks

We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are final sale and non-returnable:

  • Accessories and handbags

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or limited-edition pieces

Please review your selections carefully before completing your purchase.

Return Process

  1. Email pshyniiesroom@yahoo.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  3. Attach clear photos of the item to help us verify its condition.

  4. Once approved, we’ll provide detailed return instructions.

Please note:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method for safe return.

Refunds & Store Credit

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll send a confirmation email.
If approved, you’ll receive either:

  • Store credit (valid for 2 months), or

  • An exchange, depending on your preference.

Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for defective or incorrectly shipped items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email pshyniiesroom@yahoo.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue — we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Late or Missing Credits

If you haven’t received your store credit or exchange confirmation within 7 business days, contact us and we’ll review your case promptly.
